The PHD™ process (a special process of color diffusion), which was patented by ACR Enhancement LLC (USA patent: 5,888,918. European patent: 6,376,031), is a joint venture between Mother Nature and mankind. The naturally white Topaz was placed into a controlled environment, subjecting the gemstones to intense temperatures and pressures, thereby encouraging a secret combination of chemical compounds to move into the structure of the gemstone into several colors: EverGreen®, Glacier Blue®, Teal color, Champagne™ & The Bali Bi-Color™

As the sole agent of PHD™ process in China, Hong Kong & Taiwan, Aster was authorized to supply the diffused topaz and color diffusion service exclusively in the market of China, Hong Kong & Taiwan, Meanwhile, Aster will supply the patent protection for its customers in USA, European, China, Hong Kong & Taiwan.

PHD™ Diffusion Treatment is covered under US PATENT 5,888,918, European PATENT 6,376,031 and pending International PATENTS. All cases of PATENT infringement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law (both as a loose gemstone and in jewelry in the US or Europe as the end market)
